Best of the best! As a property manager, I’ve dealt with dozens of contractors. Phoenix Electric is by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. The multiple projects they’ve completed have been seamless, completed on time, with exceptional quality, and at a very fair price. They truly go above and beyond. We had a power outage at the boat dock while family was in town for the holiday weekend. Josh from Phoenix electric worked the problem, found the issues and his guys made immediate repairs - to save the day. Thanks again for an outstanding job!

I hired Phoenix Electric to install a 50 AMP plug in my garage for a level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. My experience was very good due to: 1). It was easy to schedule an appointment for the following Wednesday when I called on a Friday. 2). The Monday before my Wednesday appt. I needed to change the time and they were flexible, moved another appt and moved me from 8am to 2:30pm which was perfect. 3) The electrician arrived right on time and had everything ready to go. He was done in about an hour and everything went as planned. 4). I did not get my car until the next day, but when I got it and plugged it in everything worked perfectly. I had been reassured that if anything was not working to give him a call, but it all worked. The car charges way faster on this plug than with a standard 110 outlet. 5) Everything went exactly as planned, the cost was exactly the same as the quote and it's nice when everything works that way. That doesn't always happen. I would recommend Phoenix Electric to anyone that needs an EV charging plug installed or for any other electrical work as they have a lot of experience and the work was very professionally done.

I was very happy with the whole experience with Phoenix Electric starting with Josh and Dave. The communication between them was excellent and these guys return calls right away which is so unusual. The electricians in the field were excellent, no wasting time all work was top notch.

My mother is a "snowbird" and trusts local professionals to care for her property here in Cape Coral. I called Phoenix Electric to help repair our dishwasher which I accidentally disconnected from its power source when I removed a switch myself. Josh was totally understanding and he provided excellent service. He was in and out in just a few minutes, 100% friendly and fair. Highly recommended!

If you want great service from a local family owned business than look no further than Phoenix Electric. I have been using this company for both my business and home for many years now. Josh and his staff are great. They provide quality work and the items I’ve added to my home look like they came with the house. This team is amazing.

Called the main office because after having my house pressure washed I had a few outlets showing as “Hot Open” owner Josh called me from his cell and talked to me about what the issue could be. After his advice I found the problem being a tripped GFI outlet. I highly recommend this company, because he didn’t have to do that. He could have just sent one of his guys and charged me for a service call. Instead he took the time to listen to what my concerns were, spent time explaining how my house was most likely set up and I was able to correct the issue. If I ever do need anything I will certainly use them. Thank you Josh and Thank you for your Service. God Bless

We’ve had Pheonix out a couple of times already and every time they were fantastic. The last time we had an issue, they came out the next day and replaced a bad breaker and the line to both switch and fan. Then went through the whole panel making sure everything was safe and secure. We will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone who needs electric work done. Thank you!!

Phoenix Electric did a great job getting my new service panel in at my condo. It is now a brand new service panel with generator hookup which we did not have before. I would certainly have them back. Thank you all.
